Hot Water Beach – Coromandel Peninsula, New Zealand

This is the second photo I have posted of Hot Water Beach on New Zealand’s North Island. This is a beach above a natural hot spring. At high tide you dig yourself a hold and when it fills with water you have a naturally heated pool. I normally don’t like shooting pictures in the direction of the sun because you get silhouettes, but I like the way this picture turned out.
